If a contact centre bills the client on a per agent model, but must apply separate pricing for say, video calls, neither the client not the contact center can arrive on a flat, per month price per seat utilised.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In other cases, this will help companies buy and sell products in the same units they sell them.
